Where does Meatkin source its meat?

We partner exclusively with trusted, certified local farms and suppliers who prioritize ethical farming, sustainable practices, and high animal welfare standards. Every product we sell is 100% traceable.

Is your meat fresh or frozen?

We offer both! Our physical stores and standard online delivery focus primarily on fresh, never-frozen cuts. For specialty items, we use flash-freezing technology to lock in peak freshness without compromising quality.

Do you offer Halal options?

Yes, we offer certified Halal meat options. Please look for the Halal tag on our product pages online or ask our store butchers for assistance.

Ordering Online

Can I customize my cuts online?

Absolutely. When adding an item to your cart, you can choose parameters like "With Bone / Boneless", "Skinless", or leave custom notes for our butchers like "thinly sliced for stir-fry".

How do I cancel or modify my online order?

Because we handle fresh, perishable goods, orders move to preparation quickly. You can modify or cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it via your account dashboard.

Delivery & In-Store Pickup

How is the meat kept fresh during delivery?

We use refrigerated delivery vehicles and chilled insulated bags packed with food-safe gel ice packs. This keeps your meat safely under optimal temperatures right up to your doorstep.

How does "Click & Collect" (In-Store Pickup) work?

Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and pick your nearest branch. We will pack your cuts freshly and store them in our cold room. You'll get an SMS notification the moment it's ready.

Physical Retail Stores

Are store prices the same as online prices?

We aim to keep our prices completely identical across our website and retail shops. However, you might occasionally find exclusive online codes or location-specific flash sales at our stores.

Can I get custom butcher services in-store?

Yes! Our professional in-store butchers are always available to slice, dice, de-bone, mince, or marinate your selections to your exact culinary requirements.

Payments, Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

Due to food safety laws regarding fresh meats, we cannot accept standard returns once items leave our custody. However, if any cut doesn't meet quality expectations, please notify us with a photo within 2 hours for a full replacement or refund.
