By using this platform or purchasing our fresh meats and poultry products, you express absolute agreement to these Terms & Conditions and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our platform and digital services immediately.
2. Product Information & Availability
We specialize in premium, hygienically processed poultry including Sonali, Kroiler, Kadaknath, Broiler, and specialized fresh meats. While we maintain strict quality control and standardized cutting setups, live weight reductions and unit portion profiles may vary naturally. All orders are subject to logistics capacity and stock availability.
3. Pricing, Payments & UPI Transactions
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices for fresh meats follow raw material market rates and fluctuate dynamically. Payment must be processed successfully through our integrated secure online gateways, verified native UPI tracking mechanisms, or via cash on delivery (where locally supported).
4. Delivery & Logistics Handling
We work tirelessly to transport your items swiftly within cold chain parameters. Because our inventory is highly perishable (fresh meat and clean cuts), the customer assumes full liability to ensure a designated receiver is available at the specified delivery address upon arrival.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable and custom-cut nature of fresh poultry and meat items, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they exit processing status. Refund approvals or replacement distributions are limited strictly to damaged packaging or incorrect drop-offs validated immediately upon delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All digital components on this portal, including the Meatkin brand structure, logos, design code, high-resolution product imagery, and text layouts are protected property owned by Meatkin. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or deployment is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Meatkin remains completely exempt from liability concerning any health issues, contamination, or spoiling caused by improper post-delivery handling, consumer storage failure, or undercooking of meat products once accepted.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make every operational effort to guarantee that technical specs, weights, and contact channels are up to date, but we don't declare that historical text fields are entirely free of unintentional typos.
9. Service Termination
We reserve autonomous rights to restrict profile creation, cancel orders, or deny access to delivery nodes at our sole discretion if we isolate suspicious actions, payment manipulation, or violations of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any official legal claims or disputes are subject entirely to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
